Yeahh!!!1 its been 48 hours since our last blog.
Much apologies readers, its been a roller coaster network ride for most
of us at the hookup Shop but glad to have you once again. Now straight
to business.
15 Kilometers outside of Mayo Belwa, located between Adamawa
and Taraba stats is the new communications hub.
The location was recently discovered to have phone
connectivity!!!
Adamawa state citizens who have been blacked out for day
snow have turned the place into a bee hive of some sort as phone enthusiasts
were seen scouting bushes and climbing high rocks just to “catch network”.
It is so ironical that few days after the noticeable phone
network blackout by the major network carriers, GICELL who was an underdog
network service provider was leaked to still have a functional network that led
citizens to purchase their merchandise in huge amounts despite a hoard in
prices. But a few days later, the networked ceased.(lolz!)
It’s been barely a week and Adamawa state has 2 home runs
already, first the state of emergency and the next one is the communications black
out and this seems even worst as most cyber cafes have been shut down or
experienced communication difficulty, one of the cafes even had their mast pushed
down by the heavy storm that occurred 2
nights ago in Jimeta metropolis.
