That's right Ex-campus beauty queen (MAUTECH) Nelly Innocent now Nelly Sam Billa who just got married barely a month ago has added another cap to her feather.
A while ago we blogged a story about her intention to launch a new make up line (read full story here).
Well now my team and i can walk head high and say we told you so. Nelly Sam Bila recently launched her make up studio called Brushes and Liners.
What services will the offer? well i guess the name does all the magic.
