The PRO to the Nigerian Army 23rd Brigade, Yola has released an official statement which eases the curfew time to 6am - 7pm. this gives citizens a one hour head start on their activities within the city.
However caution should still be taken in order to avoid trouble
All citizens are advised to continue to be law abiding in their dealings.
